How To ... Prepare images for the HPS Website
1 - Each image must be reduced to 72dpi
2 - Your photo titles will be labelled with the image name. For example tulip.jpg, will be titled "Tulip", and img3021.jpg will be titled "img3021". So please take care.
3 - The longest side of your image must be 600 pixels.
I find the best way to change the image size, is to copy all the images into their own directory,
Then in your photo editing tool use the crop tool with the settings set as shown below
only enter 600 px for the longest side be it width or height and crop and save your picture.
Email them over as attachments.
Because each email service has a different method of attaching files, it is not explained here.
